Grant Narrative – “Connections”
I wrote this narrative as part of a grant application to the Delaware Humanities Forum to support Delaware Theatre Company’s “Connections” series of audience enrichment events. We received the grant.
Mission, Vision, and Values – Delaware Young Playwrights Festival
As Producer of DYPF, I was charged with crafting a mission statement for the program. This was done as part of a strategic planning process (see below) and was the first time DYPF had a mission statement in its 20-year existence.
Mission, Vision, and Values – Delaware Shakespeare Festival
As board member and secretary of DSF, I was charged with combining the voices of various stakeholders in the company to craft a new mission statement following a strategic planning retreat. This was also the first time DSF articulated a vision and core values.
